Animals
The animal series is certainly an important turning point in Martin Lucchini's artistic journey.
This collection is the result of experimentation with color, in fact Martin abandons the black and white style and classic portraits typical of String Art and reaches a new level. Inspired by the colors of nature, he takes us on a journey by showing animals derived from all kinds of biomes and sizes with their vulnerability and delicacy. The animals seem somehow lost, sad and melancholy, typical of the stroke that connotes Martin's style that attempts to raise awareness of important issues. Indeed, the choice of the clownfish that seeks refuge in an anemone, which due to global warming is disappearing along with the rest of the coral reef. The Spix's Macaw, a parrot that is now extinct in the wild and still exists purely for human pleasure.
A series of artworks that make us dream but most of all reflect.
